Well, Australia Day 2012 is nearly here. This national Australian holiday occurs on January 26, 2012, and is a celebration of all things Australian. Now I don’t live in Australia, but I am a frequent visitor there, and I know the Sydney and other Australian Casinos well. No surprise then that The Star Casino in Pyrmont Bay, Sydney, Australia have written to me to tell me what they’ve got planned for Australia Day. It sounds great. Celebrate Australia Day at The Star Casino Sydney this year and you can take your pick from a huge range of entertainment. From live bands playing Australian classics, to DJs and cocktails set against harbour views, plus food and drink specials all day and night, The Star Casino Sydney has got your 2012 Australia Day covered – you can even party hard to rock icon Ian Moss in the Rock Lily bar from 2pm. Ian Moss was in the iconic aussie band Cold Chisel. The bar even has cold and cheap $5 drink specials to keep you cool at this super hot venue! Score!
That’s fantastic to know. But if you’re like me and don’t live in Australia, you’re probably not going to want to travel there just to watch the Australians eating, drinking, and being merry. If you are an Australian, and living in Australia, you might not want to fight the crowds at The Star or other Australian Casinos on Australia Day. And so, I’d like to offer you a way to get a similar experience from the comfort of your own home, in your pyjamas if necessary. Simply play at one of the casinos available to Australian citizens – you can even play in Australian Dollars at most of them. Open your own can of beer or soft drink at home, and play some world class slot machines without leaving the house. AND get a huge signup bonus when you join – now that’s much better than any land based casino will give you! I’ve included links to some popular “Aussie Slot Machine” casinos below. And to avoid any Trans Tasman rivalry, yes Kiwis (and players from other countries), you can play too!
